Join AdaCore: Internship and Permanent Opportunities
AdaCore offers both internship and full-time employment contracts across our offices in France (Paris, Grenoble, Toulouse, and Vannes), Germany (Dresden), Estonia (Tallinn), the UK (Bristol and Yeovil), and the US (New York).
Every year, we welcome students for internships at AdaCore. The recruitment process includes an initial HR interview followed by a technical interview with the intern's future mentor. Internships provide valuable hands-on experience and can lead to full-time employment - in 2024, two-thirds of our end-of-study interns were hired as full-time employees.
We are committed to fostering talent and regularly participate in job fairs at schools like EPITA and Grenoble Ensimag, to name just a few. These events give us the chance to connect with students and share our internship opportunities.
We regularly offer permanent contract positions open across our diverse locations and departments, including engineering, sales, IT, and support functions. The recruitment process typically includes an HR interview followed by technical or business case interviews with the relevant teams.
At AdaCore, we ensure a seamless integration for new hires. Each new employee follows a personalized 6 to 8-month onboarding plan with clear objectives and activities. To support their journey, every new employee is paired with two dedicated mentors, providing guidance and a strong foundation for success.
